Christian The Lion Prints (www.christianthelionprints.com) will, if customer registration is undertaken, store customer data for the use of providing the customer with a print and for tracking the order of said print, for providing loyalty bonuses and special discounts and if the customer wishes, for providing them with information about our services.

Use of customer data

We take privacy seriously and use your details for the purpose of processing your order and providing you with a print.
We retrieve your address for sending you the prints you have ordered.

By placing an order with us, you do agree to have your name and address provided to our printing company and to the relevant shipping company you choose for your product to be sent to you.
Without this, we cannot process your order and supply you with the print you have purchased.

Payment Data

Payment can be made via PayPal whereby your data is securely stored and passed to us for the purposes of payment tracking. We do not receive card details from PayPal, we receive payment notifications and shipping details if required.

Loyalty Program

All registered customers are given loyalty points and can use these on future orders on www.christianthelionprints.com

The loyalty points are recorded on each customer’s profile. This data is not shared with any exernal party.

vouchers

We offer our customers voucher codes for specific deals and for recognition of sending us testimonials regarding our products. Only the text supplied to us will be placed on our website. Any name or location data has been pre-authorised by the submitter. We will not add any data to this submission.

Customer Specific voucher data is stored on your profile and can not be used by and will not be seen by any other customer.

Your data will not at any point in time be sold to any other parties or given to other parties without your express permission or understanding.

At any point in time you are welcome to request your data removal from our database.

MAILING LISTS

Customers may opt in to be part of our Mailing Lists.

As of the introduction of GDPR, all customers have been automatically unsubscribed from mailing lists and will not receive any mail from us, other than to notify as to changes in privacy policy.

If you do wish to hear from Christian The Lion Prints.com, please log in to your account on our website and re-subscribe. If you do not remember your login details, you are welcome to re-set these or manually send an email to webmaster@christianthelionprints.com to have your account added to or removed from the mailing list at any time.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
